A public meeting of the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District’s Budget Committee will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the District’s conference room at 221 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive from the Budget Officer the budget message and the proposed budget for the 2018-2019 fiscal year (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019). This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Public comment will not be taken at this meeting.
The Committee will take public comment at the second Committee meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 2:30 pm in the District’s conference room. The purpose of the meeting is to revise (as needed) and approve the District budget for the fiscal year 2018-2019 and the property tax rate to be levied by the District. Any person may appear at that meeting to discuss the budget with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget message and the proposed budget may be inspected on or after April 3, 2018, at the District office (address above) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
