Board of Directors Annual Meeting and Regular Meeting

The Clackamas SWCD Board of Directors will hold a special meeting for the purpose of conducting the District’s annual meeting. The meeting will be held on January 21, 2025 at 4:00 pm at the Conservation Resource Center located in Beavercreek, Oregon. The board will meet to present an annual report, audit, and length of service awards to employees and board members. This is a public meeting and public comments are invited.

The December regular board meeting will be held directly following the Annual Meeting.

The board of directors will discuss:

• Swearing in of newly elected directors
• Financial reports
• Loan borrower default.
• Audit Approval
• Clackamas River Basin Council recruitment
• Tree School Attendance
• Request to re-establish Working and Natural Lands Committee
• Public Meeting Law Training at Tualatin SWCD

The public is welcome to attend via conference call and public comment is welcome.
