Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD) will hold a public hearing on March 30, at 4:00 pm, to receive comments on a proposal for CSWCD to secure a loan for the purchase of real property. CSWCD is authorized to borrow money under Oregon Revised Statutes 568.550(1)(f).
The purpose of the purchase is to enable CSWCD to assure protection of fish and wildlife habitat, and to possibly provide limited recreational uses. The hearing will be held at CSWCD office, 221 Molalla Ave., Suite 102, Oregon City, OR 97045.
