. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is hosting a meeting to gather input regarding the natural resource opportunities and priorities across Multnomah and Clackamas Counties.

Our goal is to bring together individuals with a variety of expertise and knowledge allowing NRCS and our partners to build on collective successes while focusing efforts to make the greatest impact with available staff and funding. We need your help to:

  • identify where the best investments can be made to address natural resource problems
  • provide information on how current efforts are working
  • share your vision for how we can be more successful in addressing natural resource concerns across all our communities

NRCS will be using the information you provide to help guide our conservation efforts and funding over the next five to ten years. Your input in this process is very valuable. Government works best when guided by local knowledge and this is your opportunity to help us address the needs of our community.

If you are unable to attend this meeting but would like additional information or would like to provide your input, please contact Matthew Edwards, NRCS Soil Conservationist, at [email protected]. These meetings are open to the public, so please feel free to share this information with others who may be interested in participating.
