The 2019 Molalla Farmers Market opens Thursday, May 30th and will run through Thursday, September 26th. The market will be open from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. each week and will be held at the Hoffman House Antique Mall, 523 East Main Street. across from The Prairie House.

The market hosts up to 20 local growers and artisans each week, offering items grown, harvested, or created regionally. This is meant to be a true Farmers Market, with fresh fruit, vegetables, honey, jams and jellies, flowers, spices, and other items straight from the grower/producers to the customer.

The market also offers the Power of Produce Kids Club for children 4 years old through 12 years old. Each week there are free events for the kids to enjoy.

This will be the 5th year for the Molalla Farmers Market, which continues to grow every year. The Molalla Farmers Market and POP Kids Club offer a safe, friendly, entertaining, and educational afternoon for the entire family. According to Market Manager Tom Sawtell, “The market offers the freshest, highest quality fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, regionally produced items you can find anywhere.”

The market has strong support and partnership with many local groups and businesses including Oregon State University Extension Service, Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, and Clackamas County Tourism. According to Manager Tom, “Our Farmers Market has been called one of the most family friendly markets in Clackamas County.”
