The OSU Small Farms Program is pleased to announce the 2015 dates for Growing Farms: Successful Whole Farm Management.

Growing Farms is designed for beginning farmers in their first 5-years of business. Come and learn how to navigate the biological, financial, and human aspects of small-scale crop and livestock farming while getting to know the local small farm community. This program is made up of four meetings which combine online modules, in-class sessions, and farm field trips.

  •  Wednesday evenings January 21, February 4 and March 4 from 6:00-8:30 pm
  •  On-farm field day – Saturday February 21

Tuition: $295 (2 people from the same farm $75 off each registration)

Scholarships may be available for residents of Clackamas and Multnomah Counties. Contact Heidi regarding farm partner discounts and scholarships. Please note: no refunds will be given.
