A public meeting of the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District’s Budget Committee will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 3:30 pm in the District’s conference room at 221 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045.
The purpose of the meeting is to receive from the Budget Officer the budget message and the proposed budget for the 2017-2018 fiscal year (July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018). This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place.
The Committee will take public comment at the second Committee meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:30 pm in the District’s conference room. Any person may appear at that meeting to discuss the proposed budget with the Budget Committee.
A copy of the budget message and budget may be inspected on or after April 4, 2017 at the District office (address above) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
