A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District (CCSWCD), Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015, will be held at the CCSWCD office, 221 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. There will be no public comment at this time.
An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at that meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting for public comment will be on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the CCSWCD office, 221 Molalla Ave., Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon, 97045.
A copy of the budget message and budget may be inspected or obtained on or after April 2, 2014 at the CCSWCD office (address above) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
