A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District (CCSWCD), Clackamas County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, will be held at the CCSWCD office, 221 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon. The meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and the budget document.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 4, 2012 at the CCSWCD office (address above), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Listed below is the time and place of an additional Budget Committee meeting that will be held to take public comment. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The meeting will be on Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at the CCSWCD office, 221 Molalla Ave., Suite 102, Oregon City, Oregon.
