Board of Directors – Regular Meeting

The Board of Directors will hold their regular monthly meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of each month via a virtual and in-person meeting. The Board will meet to discuss district business and approve financial transactions. The public is welcome to attend via conference call and public comment is welcome.

The board of directors will meet at 3:30 p.m. to share strawberry shortcakes to celebrate the fiscal year close. The regular Board meeting begins at 4:00 p.m. Major points of discussion for the Board Meeting include financial transactions, Associate Director appointment, discussion of Board Development Committee, 50th Anniversary Celebration update, Performance Review Season, Board Assessment review and approval, Management reports. Other items may be added to the agenda as needed before the meeting.
