The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors will meet to consult with legal counsel and to discuss possible design changes to the Conservation Resource Center project.
During the Board meeting, the Board will hold an executive session per ORS 192.660(2)(h) “to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.”
The Board may take action following the executive session.
