Our Conservation Actions Report for March is Available

We cover a lot of ground this month, from the number of people we help to two new conservation videos.

March is budget development month, and District staff were extremely busy developing a budget that is easier to understand and use.

We report on four projects: 3D, Milk Creek, Prairie View, and CreekCare.

You’ll find some interesting text and pictures about the impact of excess phosphorus in a pond, and how we propose to fix this problem.

There are plenty of invasive weed items. It’s springtime in the Willamette, so watch out for Garlic mustard and Spurge laurel. (Find out what’s up with weeds!)

We may adopt some abandoned weed treatment sites on the Sandy River.

The Clackamas Local Advisory Committee met.

Several things are going on with working lands.

We tried a workshop on a Saturday at the local Home Depot, and published two new videos.

We are a platinum sponsor of Tree School, and our staff helped teach!
