Can water be too much of a good thing? Sometimes yes. Join Clair Klock as he describes the flood control dike in the Three Creeks Natural Area, installed after the 1996 Willamette flood. Then we visit an urban area to discuss the unique conditions in the urban environment. From there, we go to a rural farm environment to talk about high water. This video was produced for the Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District by the Clackamas County Government Channel.
