Jenne Reische began working for the District in 2008 as a conservation planner. She helped farmers take care of the land by restoring areas near rivers and streams. Now, she is the Planning Program Manager, leading a team of conservation experts who help local residents protect natural resources.
Jenne has always loved being outside. Growing up in Michigan, she spent a lot of time exploring forests and riding horses. She studied forestry at Michigan State University and later earned a master’s degree in environmental education. Her knowledge of nature, including forests, rivers, and wildlife, has been a great help to the District.
When she’s not working, Jenne lives on a farm in Clackamas County with her horses and chickens. She loves horseback riding and competes in a sport called working equitation.
We provide professional advice on land management and natural resource conservation for everyone in Clackamas County. Our goal is to help people find the tools and information they need to care for their land and our shared environment. Using our services is voluntary and is funded by property taxes.
