Heather loves spending time outdoors, both for work and fun. She has a bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Puget Sound and a master’s degree in geology from Portland State University.
She worked in environmental consulting for over 10 years before moving into a regulatory role with the Clackamas County Septic and Onsite Wastewater Program. In late 2023, Heather joined Clackamas SWCD, where she manages the septic repair program and helps with grants the District both gives and receives. In her free time, she enjoys visiting the coast, hiking, gardening, and photography.
We provide professional advice on land management and natural resource conservation for everyone in Clackamas County. Our goal is to help people find the tools and information they need to care for their land and our shared environment. Using our services is voluntary and is funded by property taxes.
