March 2026 Strategic Planning Workshop
March 16 @ 11:00 am - 3:30 pm
Clackamas SWCD staff, board members and assistant board members will meet on Monday, March 16, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at the Conservation Resource Center located at 22055 S. Beavercreek Rd., Suite 1, Beavercreek, Oregon. With the help of facilitator, Amy Stork, the group will begin the pre-planning process for the District’s next strategic plan.

– Review agenda and meeting objectives - 11:30 Presentation of findings (+ working lunch)
- 12:15 Break
- 12:30 Reflection on findings
– Overarching strategic issues
– Key impact and program questions and how they relate to each other
– Organizational development questions - 2:00 Break
- 2:15 How do we want to answer these questions?
– What are the risks or benefits of tackling all the identified strategic and
organizational questions in a plan update, or focusing only on a subset of
the questions?
– What guidance or advice do board and staff have for scoping an effective
planning process? - 3:15 Wrap up / next steps

This workshop will be open to the public, but no public comment will be taken.
