March 2026 Personnel Committee Meeting

The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District Personnel Committee will meet on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at the Conservation Resource Center located at 22055 S. Beavercreek Rd., Beavercreek, Oregon.

The Personnel Committee will meet to:

1. Review and finalize policies for recommendation to the Board of Directors for
   approval.
   a) Update on status of referring 2016-P-001 Clackamas Farmland Policy Statement
   to Working Land Comm. for it to be deemed obsolete and replaced by OACD
   Position Statement “Renewable Energy Facilities Siting”
   b) 2016-P-003 Whistleblower Protections (suggestion to be reaffirmed)
   c) 2018-P-002 Employee reimbursement for travel related expenses (updated)
   d) 2019-P-001 District Loss Control Policy (suggestion to be reaffirmed)
   e) 2019-P-002 Public Records Policy (updated)
   f) 2019-P-003 Workplace Harassment (suggestion to be reaffirmed)
2.  Discuss status for District Manager Mid-Year Performance review
3. Discuss Board Member Expectations Bulletin for display
