| Schott & Associates Inc (S&A) is a small environmental consulting firm founded in 1993, with extensive experience in natural resource and biological consulting, with an emphasis on wetland science and regulation, and the Oregon Statewide Planning Goal 5. The majority of our work has been focused on the Pacific Northwest, particularly the Portland Metropolitan area.
During over 30 years of business, we have worked on thousands of projects encompassing all aspects of wetland work, including but not limited to: delineations and forensic delineations, inventories, functional assessments, management plans, permitting on federal, state, and local levels, compensatory mitigation planning and monitoring, and construction oversight. We have provided natural resources support to development projects large and small, such as destination resorts, utility developments, highway/road construction, residential developments, industrial and commercial developments, as well as working with local governments to produce local wetland inventories. Our expertise also extends beyond wetlands to include biological assessments, environmental assessments, and environmental impact statements, and endangered plant and animal surveys. |
