The first budget meeting of CSWCD for fiscal year 2026-2027 will beheld on April 21, 2026.

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD), Clackamas County, Oregon, will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. This meeting will be held both in-person and virtually.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, appoint the Presiding Officer of the Budget Committee, and discuss the proposed budget for fiscal year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Public comment will not be taken.

The meeting will be held in person at 22055 S. Beavercreek Rd., Suite 1, Beavercreek, Oregon. Instructions to attend remotely will be posted on our website calendar, or contact our office at 503-210-6000 for the call-in number.

Public Comment on the Proposed Budget Will Be Held on April 28, 2026

An additional, separate meeting of the Budget Committee will be held to take public comment. The meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. (See instructions above for attending remotely.)

The purpose of the meeting is to revise (as needed) and approve the CSWCD budget for the fiscal year 2026-27 and the property tax rate to be levied by the CSWCD. Any person may attend to provide comment to the Budget Committee. Written comments may be emailed to [email protected] and must be received by 1:30 pm on April 28, 2026.
