The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), in partnership with the East Multnomah and Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation Districts, is holding a Local Work Group Meeting on Thursday, March 5, 2026. This meeting is your opportunity to influence how NRCS programs are targeted in Clackamas and Multnomah counties.

This year’s meeting will:

  • Showcase current-year accomplishments and on-the-ground results
  • Evaluate local fund pool performance and identify gaps
  • Highlight NRCS programs, including the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) and Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)
  • Check in on 2026 priorities and begin planning for 2027
  • Create space to connect with partners and new audiences to explore opportunities for leveraging funds
  • Share updates on new program changes

Lunch & Networking

Lunch will be provided at 12:00 p.m., prior to the meeting. Join us to meet natural resource professionals, mingle with partners, and connect with other farmers who share similar goals.

All producers and community partners are welcome. We especially encourage historically under-served producers to participate and help inform local priorities.
