The Clackamas SWCD Barn
The barn on our property has been a well-known part of the Beavercreek community for many years. As we create more programs that welcome the public to our property, we must make sure our visitors are safe.
Professional engineers have evaluated the barn and found significant problems that may make the building unsafe for staff and the public.
The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors must choose a safe and affordable solution to prevent any risk to people visiting our farm.
Our goal is to share information about the barn’s condition, and the options we are considering to address the problems, with the local community. We also want to hear the community’s thoughts and ideas about these options.
