Small Lot Sale!

Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District is holding a Small Lot Sale on August 23, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon at 22055 S. Beavercreek Rd., Beavercreek, OR.

The sale includes surplus items no longer needed by the District.  There will be no preview before the day of the sale.  No minimum bid is required.  Bids will be accepted for all lots individually.

Sealed bids will be accepted during the sale (10 a.m. to noon).  The District will accept in-person bids only. No bids may be made by mail or email.  Bids will be opened and awarded on Monday, August 25, 2025.  Credit or debit card payment only.

All items will be sold in three (3) lots.  Descriptions follow:

Lot #1

10 boxes – Lithonia recessed lights/ballasts: Good condition, adjustable lumens.  LDN switchable offers switchable CCTs (3000K-3500K-4000K-5000K) and switchable lumens (ranging from 1000-2000LM) as well as a combo driver capable of handling phase dimming (120-Volt) and 0-10-Volt (MVOLT).

4 – Four-foot LED strip lights: In good condition. Lithonia ZL1N-L48-3000LMFSTMVOLT 35K LED strip light fixture has a length of 48 in. This LED linear strip light emits 3000 lumens with a 3500K color temperature, while only using 25 watts.

4 – Large (30”) hanging decorative lights: G Lighting. Trilogy 2113 1% 0-10V dimmable interior pendant light. New condition. https://glighting.com/products/trilogy/

20 – Full-size pavers: Good condition, 47.75” w x 14” d x 3” h, plus 70 misc. sized cut pavers.

5 – Desk/Computer stands: Airlift by Seville Classics: Sits on the desktop. Height adjusts from 6-20″ (30” wide x 20” deep); the pneumatic desk riser lifts straight up and down. The stands are 5/8″ thick and scratch-resistant laminate.

Lot #2

3 – Partial long boxes of baseboard (total length/height/material/color/condition):

• 7 pcs 4” x ¼” x 8’ ”Contours” brown, good/unused baseboard
• 6 pcs 4” x ¼” x 8’ grey, good, unused baseboard

7 – Unopened and 1 partial roll box of vinyl baseboard, good/unused:

• 4 cases ‘Moon Rock’ 4” x 120’ w/ 1/8” toe vinyl baseboard, good/unused
• 1 case ‘Peppercorn’ 4” x 120’ x 1/8” toeless baseboard, good/unused
• 1 case ‘Lunardust’ 4” x 120’ x 1/8 vinyl baseboard, good/unused
• 1 misc. roll 4” x ~100’ x 1/8 grey roll vinyl baseboard, good/unused

1 – Partial roll of weld rod floor gap filler: Nearly new condition. 3.9mm, ~35m remaining, Armstrong brand.

6 – Cases plus 1 partial case, square carpet tiles: Good condition, 100% nylon, 50cm, 5 cases ‘The Standard’ (grey), 1+ case Blue walk-off (no tag/name).

4 plus – Cases rectangle carpet tiles: Good condition, 100% nylon, 25 cm x 1m:

• 75 cases ‘Nature’s Course’ (grey)
• 2+ cases ‘Walnut’ (darker grey)
• 2/3 case Blue walk-off (no tag/name)

Lot #3 – must be moved within 2 weeks

2005 Chevrolet 3500 Diesel Flatbed Truck, 6.6L 8 cylinder, 204,784 miles, White

1 – Truck Rack: Brand unknown. Fair condition. Cabover/full bed style

1 – Aerator: Agri Ease BE core/plug aerator, CAT 1, 3-point hitch, fair condition, 4-foot.

Approx. 200 cu. yd. – Granite.  The District will load but not deliver.

3-point CAT 1 Forks: Agri Ease BE, good condition

All questions about the Small Lot Sale will be answered during the sale from 10:00 a.m. to noon on August 23, 2025.  Visits or calls to the office regarding the Small Lot Sale cannot be accommodated by District staff outside the hours of the sale.
