The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to announce a new staff member, Bee Sinichko. Sinichko joins our organization as a WeedWise Specialist. They will also serve as the new shared Coordinator for the 4-County CWMA and Columbia Gorge CWMA.
This position supports invasive weed management in Clackamas County. It also serves as a resource for invasive weed management and coordination throughout the region.
Sinichko brings extensive skills and expertise to the WeedWise program. Their experience in managing invasive plants as an educator, farm worker, naturalist, and field technician will be a great asset to the District and its partners.
Sinichko will be leading much of the District’s invasive weed work in the Sandy River watershed. They come on just as the busy filed season is beginning.
Please help us welcome Bee!
