The Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to publish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Residential Septic System Repair Services.
The District intends to develop a referral list (List of Pre-qualified Contractors) to give to homeowners who are participating in Clackamas SWCD’s Residential Septic System Repair Loan Program. Any Contractor who wishes to be selected for work under the program must be pre-qualified by Clackamas SWCD to be included on the list. No amount of work is guaranteed to any Contractor.
All submissions must be received by Clackamas SWCD by 12:00 pm on March 29, 2019.
PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK
Clackamas SWCD is requesting applications from all Contractors, new or who were previously listed, who are qualified to perform work associated with residential septic system repairs and/or replacement of such systems. Services include but are not limited to the following:
- Existing system inspection/evaluation
- Test pit preparation and Site Evaluation applications
- System design
- Permit applications
- Installation
- Coordination of inspections
The deadline for submission is 12:00 p.m., on March 29, 2019, in the District’s business office, located at 221 Molalla Ave., Suite 102, Oregon City, OR 97045. Applications can be emailed to Eann Rains at erains@conservationdistrict.org, dropped off at the District office, or submitted and received by U.S. mail by the posted deadline.
