Request for Proposals: Clackamas County Instream and Riparian Vegetation Management for Noxious Weeds Accessible Only by Water

The Clackamas County SWCD is looking for one or more qualified weed control contractors with the capacity and experience to float rivers and streams to perform noxious weed control, including herbicide application, with a particular focus on Japanese knotweed (Fallopia japonica). The intended focus area will be the Sandy River Basin in northeastern Clackamas County.

PROPOSALS ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 12:00 NOON, FRIDAY, JUNE 28, 2013. Upon selection of a qualified contractor, we intend to execute a contract immediately and proceed with work as conditions allow.
