Nathan is the fiscal administrator for the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District. He joined the District after spending ten years in California as the controller for a community action agency. There, he helped develop new programs, modernized systems, and became more interested in conservation and protecting natural resources.
Tucker holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Francisco State University with a minor in Native American studies. He has taken additional accounting classes at Portland State University.
Before joining the District in 2016, Nathan worked with the Foundation for OHSU, which brought him to Oregon. Now, he manages finances, operations, and strategic planning as part of the leadership team at the District.
Nathan loves the outdoors, from the deserts of eastern Oregon and the redwood forests of Northern California, to the beaches along the West Coast.
