The Clackamas County Soil and Water Conservation District is pleased to publish a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for architectural design services. The District is seeking a firm that can develop a conceptual design for a permanent headquarters office and meeting facility.
In response to changing conditions and the growth of the District’s programs, the District has moved from place to place over the last few decades. Frequently relocating the District’s office facility interrupts services provided to customers and creates confusion. The District desires a permanent home in a facility designed to provide the best service to our customers and partners.
The deadline for submission is 4:30 p.m., on 五月份 1, 2015, in the District’s business office, located at 221 Molalla Ave., Suite 102, Oregon City, OR 97045.
To assist potential respondents, a visit to the proposed site of construction will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 四月 1, 2015. The site visit is not mandatory.
The estimated timeline anticipates project completion by 十二月 31, 2015:
- Deadline for responses to RFQ: 五月份 1, 2015
- Notice of Intent to Award: 五月份 22, 2015
- Contract Award: 六月 19, 2015
- Project Commencement: 六月 20, 2015
- Project Completion: 十二月 31, 2015
