SUMMARY:March 2026 Local Work Group Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)\, in partnership with the East Multnomah and Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation Districts\, is holding a Local Work Group Meeting on Thursday\, March 5\, 2026. This meeting is your opportunity to influence how NRCS programs are targeted in Clackamas and Multnomah counties. \nThis year’s meeting will: \n\nShowcase current-year accomplishments and on-the-ground results\nEvaluate local fund pool performance and identify gaps\nHighlight NRCS programs\, including the Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) and Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)\nCheck in on 2026 priorities and begin planning for 2027\nCreate space to connect with partners and new audiences to explore opportunities for leveraging funds\nShare updates on new program changes\n\nLunch & Networking\nLunch will be provided at 12:00 p.m.\, prior to the meeting. Join us to meet natural resource professionals\, mingle with partners\, and connect with other farmers who share similar goals. \nAll producers and community partners are welcome.
