Special Board of Directors meeting

The Clackamas SWCD Board of Directors will hold a special meeting to discuss an offer received by the District for a parcel of real property the District has been trying to sell. This is a public meeting, however, the Board is expected to enter executive session ” to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions” as allowed by ORS 192.660(2)(e).

In addition, most participants will be present by telephone. The District will have the conference line open on a speakerphone in the District’s conference room.
