A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District’s (CSWCD) office in the District’s conference room located at 221 Molalla Avenue, Suite 102, Oregon City, OR 97045.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a proposal for CSWCD to secure a Full Faith and Credit Loan, in the amount of $5,500,000 at an interest rate of 2.91%, for a term of 20yrs, for the purpose of constructing an office building in the Beavercreek area on property already owned by CSWCD . CSWCD is authorized to borrow money under Oregon Revised Statutes 568.550(1)(f).
