On January 19, 2021, the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District will hold a public hearing to receive public comments about a proposed supplemental budget.
The supplemental budget adds revenue and expenses to support completion of capital improvements at the CSWCD Conservation Resource Center facility. This project is funded by a federal lessor so that they may take occupancy this fiscal year. Resources to complete the improvements were not anticipated when the budget was adopted. Beginning fund balances are updated to reflect balances from our annual audit, and several unexpected resources and corresponding requirements are added. Overall budget figures are adjusted based on current information.

We expect that the Clackamas SWCD Board of Directors will act on the supplemental budget proposal during their regular meeting that follows the public hearing.
