Beneficial insects, like this praying mantis, help reduce crop pest populations.

For those interested in how to tap into the ready and willing army of beneficial insects that can help keep crop pests under control, you will not want to miss our upcoming workshop, Taking Advantage of Beneficial Insects to Control Crop Pests. Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District invites you to join agency experts as well as local producers to talk about insects, plantings, strategies, and practical application of Integrated Biological Pest Management.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, March 30, 2017.

The workshop is free and runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Clackamas County Event Center in Canby. Lunch is included.

Who should attend?
