Win a free rain garden design and installation!

Join us on April 9 for a workshop on designing and constructing your own rain garden. And if you live inside the Water Environment Services boundary, you’ll be eligible to win a free rain garden design and installation! A rain garden can help keep water clean and helps recharge groundwater reserves.

We’ll work together to learn all about rain gardens on April 9 from 9 am to 3 pm at the John Adams Fire Station in Oregon City, and we’ll actually design one as part of this workshop.

Rain gardens help keep stormwater from leaving your property. They can be attractive additions to your home landscape, and the plant selections can be tailored to also benefit wildlife like bees, birds, and butterflies.

The lucky winner of a free rain garden will see it installed on May 14.

We look forward to seeing you!
